Set sail with OARS (Outdoor Adventure and Recreation) – one-day adventures enjoying the many opportunities around our great state to enjoy natural Florida. No service, just FUN!
For years the cornerstone of teen programming at Camp Fire has been service-learning. But, there’s joy in getting outside and exploring, just for the sake of having fun. OARS is your opportunity to do just that!
Open to teens in 6th-12th grade – Space is limited!
Most events are scheduled for 9 am-4 pm. Drop-off & pick-up will always be at the Camp Fire Program Center (2600 Buckingham Ave. in Lakeland).
Participants should wear closed-toe shoes, and bring a water bottle and a cold packed lunch.
