STEAM is an afterschool program designed for K-7 grade students. Kids will spend their afternoons exploring STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) based programming. Daily schedule includes assisted homework time, outdoor time, a snack , and STEAM activities.
STEAM Team is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily. There is no additional charge for early release days. Vacation Station program is available on school holidays for K-5th graders. Alternative activities are available for 6th grade and above.
Westwood LEADS is an after school leadership program at Westwood Middle School in Winter Haven. This program uses leadership skills using different progressive activities all leading up to the goal of helping young people become better leaders.
