Holly’s Workshop

Holly Lane was the beating heart of Camp Fire for 26 years. During that time, she spent her life building the relationships and programs that would impact a generation of young people.

Holly was a builder and Camp Fire was her workshop.

She had a dream of a large storage building/workshop to be built on-site at the Camp Fire program center. It is our goal to fulfill that dream! Won’t you join us?

Any funds remaining after Holly’s Workshop is constructed will be used for building maintenance and repairs at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

She lived, she lived as our council’s fire.
Her encouragement made our Sparks grow
she fueled our flames and gave us the desire,
To be bound together in Wo-He-Lo!

Oh Wo-He-Lo, work, health and love,
She was sent to us from heaven above.

The stars watched from heaven on high,
As she taught us nature’s lore.
Never did she quit or sigh,
Or let shadows cross our door.

And now we send our council’s fire,
Into the light, into the light,
Taking with her our hearts inspired,
Burning bright, burning Bright!

Loveliness in her heart was found,
Warmth and friendships love
With a stillness we close around
And send our prayers above,
It blends into that mystic call
Wo-He-Lo, Wo-He-Lo.

Oh Wokanda guide us now,
In work, health and love
What she taught us may we show,
Oh Wokanda bless us as we go.
