*Important Payment Notes*
Payment is due the Thursday prior to the week your child is attending
We ask that you make all your payments online if possible. Though if you need to pay by cash or check, you may certainly do so during office hours.
Adding Weeks: You may only pay for weeks we are already holding for your child. Camp is sold out, so any requests to add dates need to be approved by the office, pending availability.
Cancelling Weeks: We require a 2 week notice to cancel a week for your child without penalty.

Forms can be dropped off at Camp Fire Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. We have notaries on staff as well.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
Pigfest is almost here, and we are still in need of more volunteers to make it a success. Pigfest gives Camp Fire a very generous donation for directing the parking for the event. 3 hours of your time will make such a difference. That time translates to scholarships, discounts, and the continued funding of outstanding youth programming.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Our teens will also be making & selling their famous DUMP CAKE at the event. We could use donations of canned fruit pie filling and sticks of butter. Dump cake donations can be dropped off at our Program Center during business hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm.

Vacation Station

Our signature out-of-school day camp filled with hands-on activities & educational enhancements. Early & late care available.

$25 per day

TEENS | 6^th-12^th

Alternative Spring Break

8:00-5:00

During our alternative ASB, teens will participate in extra fun & engaging daily service projects. Space is limited!

$15 per day (Mon-Wed)

$25 Thu & Fri combo

$65 full week

Winter Break for Polk County schools will run from December 21 – January 4, with students returning on Tuesday, January 5.

Camp Fire will offer families Vacation Station for K-5 grade on Monday, Dec. 21 – Wednesday, Dec. 23, and on Monday, Jan. 4.

Teen Challenge service projects will be offered for 6-12 grade on Monday, Dec. 21 – Wednesday, Dec. 23.

We will be closed from December 24 – January 3.
