We have CAMP LIGHT-A-SPARK, our flagship youth day camp for rising K-5th graders which runs Monday-Friday for 9 weeks.

*New for 2022*, we’re offering MINI CAMP, which will run Monday-Wednesday for 9 weeks.
(It will have just one local field trip, whereas the full week will include 3 field trips). This is also open to rising K-5th graders.

We also have CAMP IGNITE! for rising 5th & 6th graders. This camp is designed specifically to empower kids as they transition towards their teenage years.

Waitlist: Camp is expected to fill up initially quite quickly! If your preferred weeks are listed as SOLD OUT, please email info@campfire-sunshine.org to be added to a waitlist, and we’ll contact you if a space opens up.

Lend a hand at PigFest, volunteer to help Camp Fire!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
Pigfest is almost here, and we are still in need of more volunteers to make it a success. Pigfest gives Camp Fire a very generous donation for directing the parking for the event. 3 hours of your time will make such a difference. That time translates to scholarships, discounts, and the continued funding of outstanding youth programming.
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Our teens will also be making & selling their famous DUMP CAKE at the event. We could use donations of canned fruit pie filling and sticks of butter. Dump cake donations can be dropped off at our Program Center during business hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm.

Every year, Camp Fire takes on the task of managing the parking lot at the Lakeland Pigfest BBQ Festival, directing traffic and guests. In addition, our ACES make and sell dump cake at the event.
We are asking our Camp Fire friends and family to make a donation of your time to help with parking, and of dump cake supplies!
Not only do our efforts at Pigfest go towards making parking a more hassle-free experience for all, but it is also a fundraiser for our organization. Every year, Pigfest awards Camp Fire a very generous check for our help, and YOUR volunteer hours directly impact how much we make! You can sign up for a shift (or two) here.
If you’re donating for dump cake, all we need is boxed cake mix and canned pie filling. Dump cake donations can be dropped off at our Program Center during business hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm.
